►All sales are final so we ask that you inspect your purchases carefully, prior to purchase.
►We do hand out numbers for entrance, please take one per person. If for some reason the numbers are not out we will honor a list that is started.
►If purchasing furniture or other large items, buyer must bring their own help. Our staff can help move furniture but we are limited to the amount of people you may need. Items must be picked up before 3 pm on the last day of the sale.
►First Day is FULL PRICE - second day at the beginning of sale $20 and under is 1/2 off over $20 is 20% off original prices. At 12:00 on second day we go HALF OFF all ORIGINAL prices.

Great Estate presents another fabulous sale!!

This house has wonderful mid-century pieces - this is a whole house sale so please stay tuned. We have been in the house for a couple of days and are finally able to bring you some pictures of what is available! This house has a combination of many generations of items. The dining room shows a wonderful extension table with 3 leaves that can fold into a hall table, also a 3 piece bookcase and antique marble top dresser. There is china by Royal Crown Derby, Lenox and more! Depression glass as well as silver. The kitchen is packed with many goodies - dishes, incredible glassware, linens and check out the wonderful maple dining table with two drop down leaves and 2 more you can add, table has 4 chairs. The owners were brass and copper collectors and had a passion for Mexico, so many items are from there early travels probably 50's and 60's. In the basement is a surplus of tools as well as in the garage! Too many to mention the garage boasts a "like new" Ariens riding mower, and tons of other interesting items. This house is packed with wonderful surprises so don't miss out!!

Bedrooms have mid-century dressers, as well as office, crafts, clothes and more!!
