Please bring your own muscle for removal of heavy items, we are not able to help at all. Please understand. We can give you the name/phone number of a reliable mover that has worked with our company for years.
We close at 2:30pm every day, we do not allow admittance into the home after 2:15pm, you cannot shop in 15 minutes, so we do not let you come in.
Please do not phone me after the sale is completed and ask about an item. It has been sold and is gone. The time to buy it is when you see it.

We are back in the Timbers complex again, this is our 3rd sale so far this year. This is the Estate of a retired Naprapath Dr. and we have a some of her medical equipment in the condo, including an  interesting vintage treatment table with a terrific art Deco chrome look to it. Condo is very crowded, lots of interesting decorating items going on, will be a fun sale. She was animal lover and collected figures/art work of various animals, domestic and in the wild. Lots of them.The furniture is retro/some Hollywood Regency types items, very cute items indeed. Her library is extensive, many books are dedicated to medical interests and religion. We have a King-Sized sleep number mattress, check it out. 3 fur coats/jackets, including a fabulous Lynx coat.Looks like medium size. Come and take a look, lots of collectible items here, real different stuff from what you normally find at a sale.
