TAX: This is an estate sale conducted in Illinois, Owned by one family, and no tax is required to be charged.
PRICING: No prices will be given out via text or phone or internet, mostly due to the amount of items and I cannot remember each price so it’s first to come first served! In fairness to everyone! NO PRE SALES.
MOVING: WE DO NOT Move your items nor do we provide moving supplies. Please bring your own help when purchasing all items. Also, see list of local movers provided in site.

Areas with no curbs please do not park too close to the grassy area, RESPECT ONE ANOTHER WHEN PARKING. DO NOT park on both sides of the street! Obey all Parking signs in Park Ridge to avoid towing.
