No early birds or pre-sales. Pricing information will not be available prior to the sale. Please bring help if purchasing large items. There are no returns are selling window is very small. Only Bids over 1/2 the asking price are accepted. Enter at your own risk as we are not responsible for accidents or injury.

Well we are ready and what a nice sale this is the home is in the Historic area of West Chicago not far from Main Street so please watch were you park obey the parking signs.
