Terms

Items in this sale will be offered and sold under the following terms and conditions:
(1) All property is sold "AS IS", "'WHERE IS.” The estate warrants or represents and they shall in no event be responsible for the correctness of descriptions, genuineness authorship or condition of the property. No statements made orally at the sale or elsewhere shall be deemed to be such a warrant or representation, fitness or usability is the responsibility of the buyer.
(2) ) Since items are available for inspection at time of sale, it is assumed that the buyer is fully aware of the condition, authenticity, etc. of the items. Buyer agrees to indemnify the estate sale company and hold harmless in any arisen claim.
(3) Full payment is required by all purchasers on the date of sale, Items must be removed same day unless specific arrangements have been made.
(4) ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE. No claims accepted when said sold.
(5) All sales are cash and carry only. Checks may be accepted at the discretion of Downsize Solutions.
(6) Purchase of any article(s) indicate your acceptance of these terms.
(7) Loading is the responsibility of BUYER and must be picked up by
the owner only.
