This amazing sale is going to be a buy it now sale! We are offering shipping on small items, shipping charges will be applied based on the weight of the package and porch pick ups in Crown Point IN. We will combine items for multiple purchases in the same box for you. For the larger items we will be doing porch pick ups. Porch pick ups will be on July 25th. You can also pick up at one of our in house estate sales.
If you would like an item please text between the hours of 10am and 5pm. The text messages will be answered in order. If we receive 4 text messages at 10:00 am we take the first one that comes in first. It might take us a few minutes to get to the next person in line, please be patient. If you would like something after 5pm please email us or text us we will respond in the morning.

Payment will be credit card over the phone when you commit to purchase. We use our credit processors we use at our open house estate sales. We do not charge a credit card processing fee.
No refunds or exchanges.
All sales are final.
