We accept cash and credit cards (credit card charges are subject to a 3% fee).

Please bring your own helpers with muscles as we do not move furniture. All furniture MUST be removed from house on Sunday. As always the family has the right to pull items from the sale before sale dates. Everything sold as is where it is. Please do not block neighbors driveways or park on grass.
