We have attempted to accurately describe all Items being sold, but all property offered for sale is strictly as-is. It is the bidder's responsibility (whether in person, by phone, or mail) to determine exact condition of each Item. No statement in this discripation, hall be deemed to be warranty, representation or assumption of liability with respect to age, condition, size quality, importance, variety, provenance or historical reference- as related to any sale Item(s). Any such statements are strictly matters of opinion. Photographs in the listing are the property of T&T Archaeological Consulting, LLC and may not be used without written consent. T & T Archaeological Consulting. LLC is not responsible for any typographical errors or omissions in this catalogue.
All items are being sold "as-is".
The Purchaser shall assume full risk and responsibility for the lot purchased once title has passed. The buyer must pay Indiana sales Tax (7%) unless exception is allowed under laws regulating such tax. Out of state sales tax numbers are accepted. A 17% Buyers Premium will be applied to internet (Live Auctioneers) purchases.
All accounts are to be settled by the end of the sale unless other arrangements have been made. Payment may be made by cash or personal check if approval has been established with Tony Putty or T & T Archaeological Consulting, LLC. No items removed until paid for. Absentee purchases must be paid for within 21 days following the auction. VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, AND DISCOVER ARE ALL ACCEPTED. A small 3% processing charge (by credit card company) will be applied. Wire transfer fees are paid by the buyer.
There will be absolutely NO returns. (no exceptions). We reserve the right to refuse admittance to or participation by any individual or group.
