This amazing sale is going to be a buy it now sale! We will be shipping small items along with porch pick ups on the 6th of December, shipping charges will be applied based on the weight of the package. We will combine items for multiple purchases in the same box for you.
If you purchase something large, such as furniture, you will be coming into the home to pick the item up. Please bring help to move the item and masks must be worn.
If you would like an item please text between the hours of 10am and 5pm. The text messages will be answered in order. If we receive 4 text messages at 10:00 am we take the first one that comes in first. It might take us a few minutes to get to the next person in line, please be patient. If you would like something after 5pm please email us or text us we will respond in the morning.

Payment will be credit card over the phone when you commit to purchase. We use our credit processors we use at our open house estate sales. We do not charge a credit card processing fee.
We will be wearing masks and gloves for your protection when handling all items.
No refunds or exchanges.
All sales are final.
