This is an Online Only Auction. The first Lot begins closing Thursday, July 29th, at 5:00 p.m. A 15% buyer's premium will be added to the final amount on the winning bid. Every item sold AS-IS with no warranties.

Auction Pick-up: By scheduled times on Friday, July 30th, 4-7 pm. Saturday, July 31st, 9 am - 1 pm. Call if you need other arrangements. We will try to have to help to load your items, please note any help is a courtesy and we are not responsible for your items.

*Strict rules will be enforced during the pick-up. Instructions will be emailed to winning bidders. Safety is our #1 goal and we have a plan to keep our customers and staff safe through this process. Please bring any boxes, packing materials, tools, moving equipment, and loading labor you might need.

We offer shipping to buyers on certain lots for a fee. Shipping will take longer than a week to complete

Terms: 15% buyer's premium. Credit card on file will be run immediately after the auction for lots won.

Shipping charges applied once items are packaged. 7% Indiana sales tax on all lots.
Items shipped from our location may require us to collect sales tax based on the state to which items are being shipped. Sales tax will be determined at time of shipping.

We are not responsible for accidents or items after sold. All items are sold As-Is. All items must be removed by July 31st, 2pm after the sale unless other arrangements are made.
