A special note about pick-up! All winning bidders must schedule via the link or a phone call to pick up your winnings. We have limited parking and space. You will not be allowed to pick up your items unless you schedule a time.
*Strict rules will be enforced during the pick-up. Instructions will be emailed to winning bidders. Safety is our #1 goal and we have a plan to keep our customers and staff safe through this process. Please bring any boxes, packing materials, tools, moving equipment, and loading labor you might need.
We offer shipping to buyers on certain lots for a fee. Shipping will take longer than a week to complete
Terms: 15% buyer's premium. Credit card on file will be run immediately after the auction for lots won.
Shipping charges applied once items are packaged. 7% Indiana sales tax on all lots.
Items shipped from our location may require us to collect sales tax based on the state to which items are being shipped. Sales tax will be determined at time of shipping.
We are not responsible for accidents or items after sold. All items are sold As-Is. All items must be removed by Aug 22nd, 2pm after the sale unless other arrangements are made.
