PLEASE NOTE: Due to the layout of the property and access to the driveway, we have extended the pickup time for this sale. Feel free to contact us at hello@flipsideestates.com and let us know your planned arrival time so we can plan ahead in the case we have to forewarn groups of customer planning to arrive at the same time. The private drive allows for 5 cars at a time comfortably and there is no public street parking. Thank you for your patience on this matter!

NEW DETAILS: Invoices $500.00 or more will need to be approved by Flipside Estate and Consignment Concierge before processing payment. Photo ID will be required from winning bidders with invoice of over $500.00 at close of the auction; but if you are planning to spend at least $500.00, feel free to send us a photo of your ID at time of registering at hello@flipsideestates.com for quick and easier processing at the close of sale. Bidders with a negative Hibid review will not be accepted to bid on this sale.

Items are sold "As Is"; lots of multiple items are buyer takes all. All sales are final. Please update your shipping address and payment method prior to making any bids. Winning bidders will be automatically charged at auction close.

If the winning bidder is a no-call no-show to the local pick-up, Flipside has the right to ban customers from future online auctions and charge a removal fee.

Item Condition:
While Flipside Estate & Consignment Concierge does not authenticate items in our sales, we do make every effort to provide accurate descriptions and photos. Bidders are encouraged to perform due diligence on items prior to bidding. Items featured are used and may show flaws not obvious in photos and descriptions.

Payment Information:
Flipside Estate and Consignment Concierge will charge the credit card on file prior to customer pickup. Please have the correct card on file that payment will be processed from. Flipside accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & AMEX. If item is being shipped, the card on file will be charged. The winning bidder will receive an invoice within 24 hours of the sale's end with details on local pickup location and shipping options. The full purchase price plus all taxes and fees are required before the removal or shipping of any of the items. If the winning bidder is a no-call no-show to the local pick-up, Flipside has the right to ban customers from future online auctions and charge a removal fee.

Shipping Terms:
Shipping is available on select items in this sale; please note that not all items are available for shipping. A local pick-up is scheduled for Monday, March 20th (12:00 PM-6:00 PM) at the personal property, zip code 46256. Any items that are not picked up during this window or have not made shipping arrangements will be processed for donation and will be charged a removal fee.

Flipside has provided measurements in our descriptions for bidders to guesstimate shipping quotes before bidding. Buyers are responsible for the cost of shipping. Items will be shipped from Indianapolis, zip code 46220. We are unable to give an accurate quote of shipping cost at the time of bidding as items are not pre-packaged and weighed.

Buyer's Premium:
There is a 10% Buyer's Premium on all winning bids.

Buyer's Tax:
This is a Simple Sale; items are being removed directly from the property, so sale tax will not be added.

Bidding Approvals: Bids of $500.00 or more on an item will need to be manually approved by Flipside Estate & Consignment Concierge. Again, invoices $500.00 or more will need to be approved by Flipside Estate and Consignment Concierge before processing payment. Photo ID will be required from winning bidders with invoice of over $500.00 at close of the auction; for a quicker and smoother transition, if you are planning to spend at least $500.00, feel free to send us a photo of your ID at time of registering at hello@flipsideestates.com. Bidders with a negative Hibid review will not be accepted to bid on this sale.
