Terms and Conditions: First come, first served.

SIGN UP SHEET GOES OUT ONE HOUR PRIOR TO THE OPENING OF THE SALE for anyone who shows up early.

Show up an hour or two into the sale? Traffic is typically free-flowing at that point.

We accept cash, checks and credit cards with proper id. Tag sale items are sold "as is", and cannot be returned.

Please bring help to load furniture. Purchases must be picked up by the end of the sale. Neither we nor the homeowner can or will be held responsible for accidents.

ALL SALES FINAL. NO REFUNDS/RETURNS.
