Terms

Our sales being at 8:00 AM and close at 3 PM. Not responsible for accidents or items you leave unattended. On the first day, bids will be accepted on items over $50. Bid slips will be available at the cashier station. Highest bidder only will be called at the end of the first day. Bids are binding. Everything will be 1/2 price on Saturday.
A sign up sheet will be available at the front door of the sale at 7AM the day of the sale. One signature per person. Please be back by 7:45 to secure your place in line. Please be courteous as you line up according to the sign up sheet. Always be respectful of neighbors while you park.
