HOUSE PACKED WITH VINTAGE EVERYTHING!!!!BRING A BOX TO FILL UP!!

1st Sale of a 2 part Sale. This house is so packed full of vintage stuff, it is hard to navigate the premises. We must sell what we can from the first floor before we open the basement for the second sale of the entire house. WE WILL HAVE THE 2ND SALE AFTER WE CAN MAKE MORE ROOM IN THE HOUSE IN ORDER TO BRING UP STUFF FROM THE BASEMENT, WE WILL NEED SOME TIME TO SET IT UP, AND WILL HAVE A NEW AD UP ON ESTATESALES.NET WHEN IT IS READY, MORE TOWARDS THE MIDDLE OF SUMMER. I hesitate to say the homeowner was a hoarder, but she was. She saved everything good, no junk or weird stuff. The house is packed with so much vintage household and collectibles it is amazing! 

The homeowner was a crafter, and has rooms and rooms of supplies, and gifts, sewing articles, games, puzzles, models, vintage furniture, clothing, books, tools, just about everything.

This is a vintage re-saler's dream!!!!

Due to size of home, we reserve the right to limit numbers of people allowed in the house at any given time if necessary.

Bring boxes ONLY. Bags of any kind are NOT allowed on premises.

BAGS & LARGE PURSES ARE PROHIBITED FROM PREMISES.
If you show up with a bag or large purse you will NOT BE allowed entry into sale.
We do not watch, hold, or secure handbags or purses, leave it in your car or at home.

We do not have staff to assist you with your purchases.
Bring sufficient help with you. 

Items will be priced by the box full at checkout.
The estate sale company does not watch purchases or items wishing to be purchased. Furniture and some smaller items will be priced by the piece. 

Most items in home are not priced and will be sold by the box; bring a box fill it up, get a deal. 

We do not have boxes or wrapping material available to customers, you must bring your own.

Once an item/s is purchased and the buyer is leaving the premises the estate sale company has bags that we furnish that may be used to carry your purchases off premises.
You may not re-enter sale with any bag of any kind at any time. You must watch your purchases at all time.

The estate sale company will not watch or guard a purchase it is your responsibility to secure your item prior to and after purchase. 

All price tagged items remaining for sale will be 1/2 the marked price on Sunday.
