All children must be attended by an adult at all times. There are expensive glass and breakables in this sale-you break it, you buy it. All items are sold “as is” with no refunds or returns. Restrooms are not available for public use. Please be advised that the Homeowners and Caring Transitions are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur on / or near the sale premises. All items must be removed before the end of the sale day.

Online Auction Located in Norwich, KS 67118. Pick-ups will be on Friday, December 21, between the hours of 12pm and 5pm. All missed pick-ups will be billed additional fees. If your items are not paid within 48 hours of the auction close, your items will be considered abandoned and donated. If your pick up time has not been confirmed by December 21 at 9am, your items will be considered abandoned and donated. Your payment with PayPal must be confirmed before pick-up information can be requested. Please read all details in the item description below. Please make note of the Terms and Conditions Advertisement and read before bidding. Shipping is available for this sale through PostNet ONLY. $25 Non-refundable handling charge will be added to shipping items that are large/bulky or weigh over 50lbs-this is at the discretion of Caring Transitions of Wichita.
