Extra Space Storage Auction

Kansas City Extra Space Storage STORAGE WARS the last Friday of every month - come join the fun!
 Number of units vary each month, as do locations with units available, and is subject to change right up until the start of the auction. The locations and telephone numbers are as follows:

 Auctions begin at 10:00 am at the Shawnee location (if no units available at this location, we begin at the Farley location. No units available, begin at Mastin location etc.), and we travel to each location successively. I would advise calling the Farley location in advance an hour or so before the sale to see what's available (if no answer, work your way down the list until you get someone). The auctioneer has no solid information until auction begins.

 Terms and conditions as follows:

 1. No smoking on premises

2. CASH ONLY and must have cash at the time of win

3. $100 deposit you will get back after everything is moved out

4. You have 48 hours to vacate the unit

5. Please leave any personal documents/pictures behind

6. We do not have a trash service. Anything in the unit must go
