It is floating on an off-white matte board and framed in a narrow black wood composite moulding. Rex is an illustrated book by Van Dyke Jones about a dog named Rex which was originally published in 1990. It is signed ‘Van Dyke Jones 1989’ and contains a quote from the book which reads “Rex quick-to-split understood this to mean ‘no’, to his request of traveling expenses for the upcoming hunt”.

This print is edition number 1 of 10 and was produced in 2002. Depicted is a robust man holding up two poodles as if they were weights. It is doubled matted in a beige matte and an off-white matte with a single v-groove. It is framed in an ornate gold tone wood composite moulding. The signature is located on the photographic paper on the lower right hand side. Ursula Coyote is a photographer active in Santa Fe, NM and is known for her current break out movie stills on set of renowned shows such as Breaking Bad and Orange is the New Black .
