Cash unless personally known to us. Will take debit and major credit cards for purchases over $20.00. All items "as is" - all sales final, no returns for any reason. Please bring your own boxes for your purchases - lots of small and glassware in the sale, so that's important! You can take small furniture with you, or we can arrange for pick up times for larger pieces on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday. Note: this 3-story town home in NOT handicapped accessible and the stairs are rather steep. Please - no children at this sale. Leave your little ones at home.

 

We have posted final photos.  There are many items that are not pictured. We will be busy until the last moment prepping this estate, and will not respond to emails inquiring about the prices for individual items. Friday is full price - discount day is SATURDAY.
