--Items Sold As Is, Where Is. All Sales Are Final. No Returns or Refunds. No exceptions. Customers are responsible for securing their own purchases.
--This is a tag sale. No online sales, bids, pre-sales or previews. We may not be able to respond to questions with regard to price, condition, measurements, etc.
--Must be able to provide your own moving assistance for large and heavy items. We have limited assistance with this sale.
--Watch your step at this sale. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries.
COVID-19 Procedures:
--Numbers will be passed out at 7am Saturday only for early birds and crowd control.
--Please be mindful of others and practice social distancing outside the house.
--Face masks are required.
--Maximum customer capacity is limited to 20-25 at a time. We will do our best to admit more customers as others leave.
--No children under the age of 10 - we apologize for the inconvenience.
--For early on Saturday, everyone is encouraged to limit their shopping to 30-40 minutes to allow others to enter the sale.
