All items are sold "as is" on a first come, first served basis. Please note, we do not presell items. While we do our best to keep sale information updated, occasionally homeowners do decide to remove an item from the sale at the last minute, so it is always a good idea to call or email to confirm.
Numbers are handed out beginning at 7:30 AM on the first day of the sale. We do not post a list. If you choose to do so, you are responsible for making sure it remains posted. Numbers will NOT be saved for those not present at 7:30 to receive them. You must be present to get your number.
