This will be a cash and carry sale. No checks accepted!! Visa, Mastercard, Discover & Debit Cards will be accepted, no American Express. Alternate pick up times can be arranged for any large items purchased that cannot be taken the day of the sale. Items left to be picked up must be paid for in full and picked up no longer than three days after sale ends. All collectible and fragile items must be removed by purchaser, we will not wrap or transport these pieces once they are purchased. Boxes & some wrapping material will be provided for customer's use. We will make every effort to assist you in any way possible to make this and enjoyable experience. Delivery of furniture can be arranged with on site coordinator for a delivery charge.

We do not hand out numbers. A sign up sheet is utilized on site only. Once you are on the sign up sheet, you do not need to remain on site until the start of the sale. Do not under any circumstances remove a sign up sheet or alter it in any way. If you are caught doing this you will not be allowed to enter the sale, no exceptions!

ALL SALES ARE FINAL WITH ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON MERCHANDISE. PLEASE BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK AND PREVIEW & INSPECT ITEMS BEFORE BUYING. WE DO GIVE GUARANTEES ONLY ON GOLD & SILVER ONLY, NO OTHER GUARANTEES ARE GIVEN. PLEASE INQUIRE ABOUT ITEMS IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS.
