To our valued customers { friends }, We will be having an Estate Sale this upcoming weekend. 

Please carefully read the days, the dates, and all  the other descriptions that pertain to this sale .

* Friday Sept. 24th by appointment only .

9:00 -2:00.

* Saturday Sept. 25th

9:00 -2:00. With a limited number of 5 people at one given time .

* Sunday Sept. 26th 

9:00 -2:00 with a limited number of 5 people at one given time .

this sale will be in a condo, Unit 309. { When you get to the Condo Complex go to the very end , there is plenty of parking on the side, Someone will meet you at the main entrance to tell you where to go } .

EVERYONE THAT ATTENDS THIS SALE MUST WEAR A MASK

We will be having an Estate Sale in a condo complex , Because of the pandemic concerns we will be following the safety protocols . We will be limiting the number of people going into the condo complex at one time . Everyone entering the complex for the sale must wear a mask { NO EXCEPTIONS }. When you enter the complex please be respectful to the residents and please be as quiet as possible so that we don't  upset or disturb any of the residents. { Also please no food or drinks allowed inside }.

If you are looking for furniture and household items this sale is for you ,EVERYTHING in this home is  immaculate and is in pristine showroom condition . Because this sale is in a condo we are having a Friday , Saturday, and Sunday sale to be able to limit the amount of people at a time . Please remember if you want to attend the sale on Friday please call to make an appointment at 410-693-6943. When you come to the sale Saturday and Sunday please be patient until you are able to come in and please socially distance outside as well as inside .

We are asking our customers ,if you are planning on buying heavy or large pieces of furniture to please bring someone to help carry and load your treasures , we cannot help while we are conducting the sale , if you should buy a large or heavy items and do not have anyone to help we can make arrangements with you to pick up your treasures at a later time when you have someone to help you . { Please remember when moving furniture please be very careful not to scuff the hardwood floors and the walls }.

*For parking ,please do not block any of the residents .

*Neither Searching For Treasures ,The Homeowners ,or anyone else is responsible for any accidents , injuries while on the property, you are entering at your own risk .

*Please do not bring pets to the sale.

*No food or drinks allowed into the condo .

*No available restrooms to use .

*All sales are final . 

*We have been asked to please be extra careful moving any furniture , we cannot scuff the floors and the walls , please have help if you are moving any heavy furniture .
