MASKS ARE REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES FOR ALL SHOPPERS. Occupants in the house may be restricted dependent upon number of customers at the sale at one time to help maintain distance between shoppers.

All items sold AS IS. All sales are final, no refunds. No pre-sales unless specifically stated in listing.

Cash is preferred. We also accept PayPal, Venmo and credit (with 5% convenience fee). Checks are NOT accepted.

Please feel free to bring your own bags for packing. We reserve the right to check your bags before you leave the sale.

Any large or bulky items purchased are the buyers responsibility to move. Rediscovered Goods cannot assist in the moving or breakdown of such items.

As always, please respect neighbors while parking.

The sale is in building 9822 Georgia Avenue, Apt 301. Signs may or may not be up depending on apartment rules. Make sure to turn in right at the Americana (if you are using maps it's may take you past the entrance). When you get past the gate, turn left, go past the main building, past one yield sign, and the building will be the second in your right. You may park in any spot.

SIGN UP sheet will be put on the door at 8am.
