* Cash, credit and local checks accepted (with valid I.D.). Minimum purchase to use a card is $20.
* You must bring help for moving larger items.
* All sales final. All items sold as is, where is.
* All jewelry and small valuables will be off-site until the day of the sale.
* Numbers to be handed out at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday. EARLY BIRD NOTE: Once you arrive and sign the list located at the front door, you must stay near the premises until numbers are handed out at 8:30 a.m.
* You are entering the sale at your own risk -- the homeowner and Todd Gray are not responsible for accidents.
