40% off Saturday all furniture (except original art) all original art is marked down.
This is a smaller residence so occupancy will be restricted. The entire house is not accessible and the estate sale includes the items pictured which features several original art pieces. Artwork ranges from $80.00-$3,000 .
Prices are not negotiable the first day of a sale, but discounts will occur over the course of the sale, after the first day.
Hooked Estate Sales reserves the right to limit the number of people in the house at any given time.
* We accept CASH, VENMO and CREDIT CARD (Minimum $10.00). A Credit Card fee of 3% will be added to Credit Card transactions.
* Prices are not negotiable the first day of a sale, but discounts will occur over the course of the sale,
* Offers will be held until last day and decisions are at the sole discretion of Hooked Estate Sales.
* You must bring help for moving larger items. We do not move or assist of the moving of items. , All items must be removed by the end of the sale.

Unique opportunity to purchase one of a kind "original" art from Picardo a nationally renowned artist and local artist Marsh Lucas. In addition to original art, there will also be many other items included in the sale.
If you wander around downtown Grand Rapids and its surrounding areas, you’re likely to encounter a mural by Erick Picardo. Picardo has painted a dozen murals in the downtown area, including the piece “Celebrating Diversity,” located in an alleyway off Commerce Avenue across from the United Way building.
Picardo is a local artist who has been producing artwork since childhood. He moved to the United States from the Caribbean in 1999. He settled in West Michigan and has been living here for the past 19 years. His work stands out due to his use of vibrant colors and hopeful imagery. Picardo has been featured in many magazines, art events, Art Prize and has appeared on many local and national venues.
