(except Jewelry Table area & Records). Come in and browse and buy. The Sale will be OFF-SITE @ The Platte River Association Hall. If needed, on Friday Morning when we Open we may limited the number of Patrons inside at one time @ our discretion. Cash and Local Checks only, with MI Driver License ID. Entry and Exit thru the FRONT Door only. There is amble parking. Please bring your own Totes or Boxes and they can be secured inside the front Hall area until your ready for check-out. We welcome all to the sale, however, Children must be supervised at all times and breakage is your responsibility. All Items sold AS IS with no Guarantees of any kind. Enter the Property at your own risk, we are not responsible for accidents or injury on the premises. Sales are final, No Refunds. Local delivery in Honor for larger items, all we ask is you provide a minimum $25 gratuity to both the Driver & Hauler. Longer distance hauling can be arranged at a higher fee. Help will be available to load items and we request you tip the Folks helping you. NO Prices given prior to Sale and NO Pre-Sales. Door and Sale will open at 9am sharp and NO Early sales or entry.
