- Numbers will be available an hour before sale. They will be handed out to shoppers in line accordingly one hour before the sale begins.

-Some items are available for presale. All of these items are noted in the first picture. Please call or text Lean On Me Services at 269-241-0515 to purchase before the sale.

-We will follow CDC recommendations on the number of people allowed and wearing masks.

- There will be no returns, refunds, or warranties on any items. All sales are final once purchased. Everything we sell is sold AS IS.

- You are required to dismantle and move all items to your vehicle. Please bring help to ensure a seamless move of larger items. Thank you.

- There will be NO public bathroom on-site at the request of the homeowner, please plan accordingly.

- Masks will be required IF that is the government recommendation

- We are not responsible for any accidents that may happen while on site.

-Cash is the preferred payment method. There will be a 3% transaction fee for all credit card purchases. Please plan accordingly.
