- Numbers will be handed out Friday between 8:30 am and 8:45 am EST. A signup sheet will be available, Friday at 7:00 am. You do not have to stay after signing, but must be present when the numbers are passed out.

– FRIDAY hours are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

– SATURDAY hours are from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Prices reduced SATURDAY by 30% from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST, 50% from 12:00 Pm to Close, unless otherwise marked.

– Please be sure to bring people to help you load your purchases. We do not move or load items so be sure if you buy it , you’ve made moving arrangements.

– All items must be removed by 3:00 PM on SATURDAY unless arrangements are already in place.

NOTE:  Parking is extremely limited and you cannot turn around on the road.  Please do not block driveways or mailboxes.

The outside of the house belies the plethora of items you'll find inside. 

That being said, this sale is going to take some planning on your part; come early, dress warmly, be patient as the house is small and PACKED TO THE CEILING ... and bring gloves and a flashlight for the basement.  The basement is not very well lit, but you won't want to miss anything.  Tools, a complete LITHO PRESS, more canning jars, a pressure cooker, double ended saw, mini-trampoline, primitive vintage Hay Sickle / Scythe 57", vintage working refrigerator and vintage Christmas items, are some of the items waiting for you downstairs.

The upstairs is filled with over 100 brightly-colored shirts; Western/Native American and many more.  It also contains Electronic Gaming items including multiple Gaming Steering Wheels and Gas/Break Pedal Systems, TV's and Monitors, Vintage furniture, 100's of DVD's, DVD Series, VHS Tapes and books.  Decorative Native America, Mexican and other clothing and Native American figurines fill the two bedroom's and spill into the stairwell.  A "caged room", initially used as a walk-in bird cage, contains Vintage Furniture pieces, a Large NIB Stained Glass Shade and floor fan.

The main floor is filled with over a 150 pairs of vintage Bronze, Pottery, Chalkware, Cast Iron, Pot Metal and Clay bookends and other unique items such as Native American ashtrays, figurines, banks and more. A French Art Nouveau Lamp base, made in the early 1920's or 1930's, is something you don't want to miss.  A working, beautifully hand carved, antique, foot-pump organ, is also for sale.  As is a stunning "Dale Tiffany" Dragonfly Lamp and a Primitive Violin Music Book, dated 1957.  The kitchen contains vintage canning jars, vintage bowls, a microwave, antique silverware and more. Multiple bookshelves, containing the items, are also for sale.  A large Amethyst geode, Wood Burning Stove, Refrigerator, Walking Sticks, Coat Stand, large rugs (some still in their original packaging), hand painted bone wall hanging and Art Deco Style Floor Lamps are just a few of the other treasures you'll find on the first floor.

The downstairs bedroom contains a 70" TV, desks, dressers, books, crystals, toys, a Cello w/Case, a gaming Drum Set, Guitars, and much more.  More bookends, vintage toys and unique finds fill this room from top to bottom.
