- Our availability to help move items at this sale will be limited. Please plan ahead and bring help for larger items. Also, we won't have access to this home after Thursday June 17...so make sure you can remove items by 1pm Thursday. Thank you!
- If an item has to be left at the house for a later pick-up, it must be paid for before you leave.
- House of Memories is committed to offering all items we find to you first...we DO NOT buy early. The customers will always have the first shot at everything : )
FIRST DAY OPENING ENTRY:
- WE WILL NO LONGER BE USING OR ACCEPTING ANY SIGN-UP LISTS. ***Customers Arriving Early on day one: Please do not start your own lists. Arrive at the sale site as early as you are comfortable and line up to wait for opening.
- NO numbers will be given out for this sale. Please stand in line and wait for opening at 9am on Thursday, June 17.
- We will be following CDC guidelines concerning Masks. Masks will not be required outdoors or indoors if vaccinated. Please use your discretion when entering a house full of people. Please wear one if that is your desire. Thank you for your continued understanding!

We are adding a last minute "Pickers Sale" to our week! We are currently working on removing sale-able items for a later sale, but we aren't able to grab everything! So we are going to open up the estate for shoppers for a Half Day Sale this Thursday, June 17 only! We will be open from 9am to 1pm only...so make plans to come on out and see what this sale has to offer. There will be LOTS of garage and workshop items, chemicals, hardware, power tools, hand tools, antique tools, household items, antiques, glassware, and more! We will be pricing some of the larger items, and items we intend to remove for the other sale...however there will be LOTS without prices. So plan to make a pile for a bulk price! As always, we will be accepting Cash, Checks, Credit/Debit, Venmo and PayPal.
There will be some dark and dirty corners in this estate, so please come prepared with flashlights and gloves if you want to do a little extra digging : ) There will be a little bit of everything...so come on out to see what you can find!
