In accordance with Executive order 2020-96, Section 8 (20) and Section 11(q), dated May 21, 2020, we will be setting appointments for this sale of 3 customers at a time.

Appointments will be 30 minutes total at which time you may shop the entire house and garage. Address will be given when you make the appointment. Home is located in Livonia, south of West Chicago and west of Merriman Road.

Saturday & Sunday June 6-7, 10am - 2pm

THIS IS NOT A BUY IT NOW SALE. YOU CANNOT PURCHASE ITEMS OVER THE INTERNET, EMAIL, TEXT, FAX, OR PHONE CALL. WE DO NOT GIVE OUT INFORMATION OR PRICES VIA EMAIL, TEXT OR PHONE.

WE WILL NOT HOLD ITEMS. YOU MUST REMOVE ALL PURCHASES AT YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT OR AS OTHERWISE AGREED UPON. YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN HELP TO REMOVE HEAVY ITEMS. YOU WILL BE PROVIDED NEWSPAPER AND BAGS BUT MUST PACK YOUR OWN ITEMS. YOU CANNOT BRING YOUR OWN BAGS.

YOU MUST MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. IF YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND DO NOT SHOW UP FOR THE APPOINTMENT YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO MAKE ANY APPOINTMENTS IN THE FUTURE.

SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS MAY BE AVAILABLE

You must be wearing a mask to gain entrance. We do not supply face masks - that is your responsibility.

This is mandatory for everyone.

We will request that everyone coming in to use hand sanitizer upon entrance to the home We will provide a hand washing station with regular hand soap and paper towel. We ask that NO GLOVES be worn. We will also require 6 foot social distancing at all times. We will accept cash and credit cards.
