Items are sold AS-IS . No returns, refunds, exchanges or warranties on any items.
We are not responsible for accidents or injuries while you are on the property or at the sale. You are entering the sale at your own risk.

WE DO ACCEPT street number's. These are numbers that are passed out usually by the first customer that arrives early to the sale before we open. We do not pass out numbers. If you are arriving early you will need to check with the customers usually sitting in their vehicles to get a number. The numbers are used to let people into the sale in an orderly fashion.
We do limit the number it people we allow in the home at one time for safety reasons.

Please DO NOT PARK IN DRIVEWAY.
Please be respectful and Do Not Block Neighbors Driveways. We will NOT be responsible for accidents with your vehicle while you are parked on the street.

PLEASE NOTE: BRING A HELPER IF YOU NEED ITEMS MOVED OR LOADED INTO YOUR CAR !! We cannot assist you in moving any items including furniture, heavy equipment, large items, etc. You will need to move and load ALL items into your car.

We do not own the items posted for the sale and are subject to the owners final decision on pricing on the items and availability of all items at the sale.

We accept CASH ONLY. No Checks or Credit Cards !!

Please NO PHONE CALLS or EMAILS asking us on prices or sizes on items !! We are working hard to prep this sale and do not have this information memorized !! Thank you for your understanding.
