We accept cash, all major credit cards and checks with valid drivers license, current address and phone number. CASH or CREDIT CARD ONLY for total purchases over $299.
ALL items are considered used and sold AS IS; sorry, because this is not a store and this is not our inventory there are no returns or refunds.
MUST bring help to carry heavy items. No exceptions, as our Workman’s Comp. insurance does not allow us to lift items over 20lbs. Items must be picked up no later than 1pm on the final day of the sale.
MUST Sign-In ON OFFICIAL FORESTER SHEET, PLEASE NO TRANSFER OF NAMES, OR WRITING IN SOMEONE ELSE'S NAME. We cannot honor a sign-in sheet created by someone outside of our company. Thank you.
Sign-In Times: Day one @ 7:30am, Day two @ 8:00am, and day three 9:30am when applicable.
Due to the number of emails we receive as well as the large inventory in our estates, we are unable to quote prices prior to the sale. Thank you for understanding.
OFFER/BID POLICY: You may leave a written offer on items over $100 of at least 60% of original price on the first day of the sale. If your offer is the highest, it will be marked sold and you will be notified that evening and required to pay and pick up the next day before 1 pm.

Holy Moley Folks!! These last few sales have been absolutely amazing. We have had people travel for ALL over the State of Michigan to our FORESTER sales. They have gotten some great deals and we have had a lot of fun meeting you. We even had over 30 offers on that last car and got MANY offers close to our asking price (picture me thumbing my nose to all the tire kickers :)

This sale has some great original artwork that will surprise you. Lots of beautiful furniture. Did I mention a MASSIVE jewelry collection that has its own table?! High quality jewelry as well as the largest clip earring collection ever! Funny, we have had quite a few requests for clip earrings lately.
Excellent new and vintage clothes. Full size electric piano, statues, lanterns, and oil lamps (NOT ELECTRIFIED!) office furniture, packed kitchen, book cases and book shelves, upright piano.
Like new bed, TVs, dressers, tons of very cool collectibles, CDs, tools and yard tools, and yes....Spring is coming... so buy your concrete planters, concrete birdbath and sundial NOW while it's cheap and cold! Price goes up with the weather temperature. :)
