House will open promptly at 9:00
Garage, Christmas Room and Jewelry will open at 8:30 (first day only) House opens at 9am sharp!
MICHIGAN REGULATIONS REQUIRE MASK FOR ENTRY (no exceptions) social distancing will be enforced
A limited amount of people will be admitted into house at 9am (first day) 15-20 people maximum at a time (please be patient)
Cash, Credit Cards or Local Checks with valid MI ID
3% charge on Credit Card Transactions
Please bring help to load heavy and large items.(HELP IS NOT AVAILABLE)
Items must be removed by 4pm end of second day of sale.
Not responsible for accidents.
Numbers will be handed out by 8:00 am (first day of sale) don't be late or number will be given to next person!
Sign up sheet will be available at 11:30am sharp on Monday at the house on front porch.
You don't need to stay on premises once you sign up.
