This is a remarkable sale in so many ways.  First of all to have all these wonderful items at our sale right here in Northern Michigan not in New York or Chicago.  Second the quality and quantity from this smoke free home is incredible!  Not only do we have have items from the estate here in Suttons Bay and from the Southwest when they lived but also from the great grandmother dating back to 1865. The great majority of the furniture, art, antiques, and collectibles are in excellent condition.

This will be a four day sale with prices firm on the first day and discounts on the second and third days followed by deep discounts the fourth day.
