Enter through front door, exit from garages. All of first floor and basement are packed as well as large 2 car garage, second 2 or 3 car garage and a shed.
All items sold as is. Please no returns, no refunds. Large purses, tote bags, back packs etc are not allowed please leave in car.

This is an estate of a well known mid century builder in both commercial and homes. This estate consists of a large 3 Bedroom Home, Den, Living, Dining, Office Kitchen and full basement with kitchen and all rooms are packed. Condition of furniture, and everything we have opened so far is excellent. We will be opening boxes and pricing all month, so photo's and item list will be added very frequently.
