Pre-numbers are handed out by the first customer to the sale to make sure that people are let into the sale in the order they arrive, which is sometimes very early.) Cash or Checks only. Jim and Betty are selling their home and moving to sunny Florida. This is a large sale encompassing 60 years of living at this location.
