We accept cash or credit cards ($1 fee for charges of $30 or less), no checks please.
No food or drink allowed in the home, no exceptions.
Please note that we do not pre-sell items or give out prices in advance of the sale.
Please leave all shopping bags and large handbags in your vehicle. We provide plastic bags for your purchases.
All sales are final, and all items are sold as is.
Not responsible for accidents or shoes at SHOES OFF sales. Bring your own booties if you need to.
Bids accepted for items over $50.
Young children must be supervised at all times.
Please bring help when buying larger/heavier pieces.
