THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE THE SALE:
• We accept cash, checks, cards (with 3% fee).
• Prices are set and firm.
• We will not provide early sales or information on items.
• Full price on Friday (8-3) and 50% off on Saturday (8-12). The remaining items will be sold in lots for the highest price offered beginning at 1:00.
• You assume your own risk while on the sale property. We are not responsible for accidents.
PARKING:
• Please do not block driveways, mailboxes, or trash pick-up.
• Please do not park in the driveway of the sale house.
• Please ensure that you are not blocking the roadway.
ENTRY TO THE SALE:
• Please look for and follow the ENTER & EXIT signs and use them accordingly.
• Please form an orderly line while waiting for entry.
SHOPPING:
• There will be people stationed around the house if you have questions.
• We have HOLD shelves near the checkout. Please, only place items on the hold shelf if you know you are buying.
ITEMS PURCHASED:
• Items are AS IS and with no guarantee of working order. You are welcome/encouraged to test the item prior to buying it to determine working order.
• All sales are final. There are NO RETURNS/REFUNDS.
• LOADING IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. WE DO NOT HAVE PEOPLE AVAILABLE TO HELP YOU MOVE.
