We will be liquidating over 18,000 square feet of this historic Carthage estate owned by the late Ruth I Kolpin Rubison. We will many items for sale from both mansions, gazebo, train depot, and large detached garage
This sale is all moved offsite to the black market fireworks building on North main next to the front page. We will have the door open and monitored between stores so make sure to stop and shop at the front page as well. They will having a weekend special of 35% off store wide.
We are still bringing some great last minute items in so make sure to look at the pictures all the way up to the start of the sale.

Here’s some history about the home from the family of the late Ruth I. Kolpin Rubison:
Ruth loved antiques and nice colorful things. She owned the Carter House on E. Chestnut in Carthage which was built in the late 1890’s. The 1990’s saw another mansion built with a modern touch and an elevator. She built a Gazebo, Maintenance Building and moved the Frisco Depot from the Railroad Bottoms to Chestnut. All in all the furnished square footage totaled 18,000 square feet.
