DoLores Hadley "La Famille Marionettes" Auction

DoLores Hadley (1926-99) was born in Kansas City, Missouri and died in Independence, Missouri. She began her puppet making endeavor by making gifts for her children on Christmas when she was a single mom. She started performing with her puppets for the KC Parks & Rec Department in the late 60s, and in 1973 she began an association with the Worlds of Fun theme park in Kansas City that lasted more than 20 years.
