Peculiar, MO resident has moved to an Assisted Living facility. Most of her personal belongings are being downsized by her children in this online estate sale. She was an artist, great cook and seamstress. Therefore many items used by an artist are available in this sale, including numerous sizes of canvas, painting and woodworking craft supplies, and lots fabric, patterns and beading supplies (sorry, but the kids kept her personal artwork). Nearly every type of cooking utensil and kitchenware is available, including her recipes! She was an avid bird lover, and décor featuring birds will be found throughout the items for sale. And, she absolutely loved Christmas, so if any Buyer wants to stock up on some fabulous holiday decorations, this sale is full of those types of items.
Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Crystal, Furniture, Outdoor Items, and a Garage full of useful items are included.
This community is located just South of Belton, close to the Interstate highway. A short drive to the Kansas City Metro area. Easy to access, and EVERYTHING is on the ground floor level for easy loading!
A traditional in-home estate sale, only the public determines the final selling price by having the highest bid at the conclusion of the auction. Come with your own boxes and wrapping material. Look for the 1-2 Another Estate Sale signs. We will have a 2-wheel dolly available, but each High Bidder will be required to load their own items. Be sure to bid on several Lots to make your trip worth your time and effort.
