This will be a CASH ONLY sale. Sorry, but there will be no exceptions. If you are not prepared to handle a cash only situation, you will need to go to an ATM. We will hold items up to an hour if you need to go get cash. We have never taken credit/debit cards. We are sorry for any inconvenience, but are advising you up front of this cash only situation.

Hours are as follows...
- on Saturday , line numbers at 8am, doors open at 9am, close at 2pm
- on Sunday, doors open at 9am close at 2pm

Our pricing structure will be as follows...
Our first day (Saturday) prices will be firm.
On our second day (Sunday) prices will be 50% off

Remember we are a cash only sale and that will strictly be adhered to with this sale.

This is a two story condo with a full basement. However, it's going to be very tight in this home. It will be so tight, we are unable to put up holding tables like we usually do. Therefore, we welcome your bags and totes.

Just about everything go priced, but there will still be some great opportunities to do some "picking".

The owner has lived in this unit for 30 years. There are several categories of collectables.

We are out of our normal operating area with this sale, and we realize we may not see a lot of our regulars. Most all of our sales are down in the South County region so, we are anxious to build some new relationships and to see what the market is like in the St. Charles region. If you have never been to one of "AL'S ESTATE SALES", you are in for a real treat. We typically load your furniture purchases for you, and you will love our pricing structure. Our staff is there to help you; something you don't see with a lot of other estate sale companies.

We typically do three day sales. But this is only a two day sale which means we will go to half off right away on our second day.
