Cash is preferred. The estate owner will charge a 5% fee for all card payments. Not responsible for accidents. Line numbers will be handed out starting at 8 a.m. on Sunday morning. All remaining items will go half price! The half price portion of the sale starts at 9 a.m. on Sunday, and most items that are not sold by Sunday will be 50% off. The owner reserves the right to remove a small portion of the items that will be ineligible for the half price sale on Sunday, and the signs will be marked with firm bottom dollar prices.

We are an established company, new to this area, and we are assisting a friend with liquidating their massive collection of St. Louis advertising items. They have been collecting for many years in hopes of opening a local restaurant, but the pandemic has made it too difficult for them to continue with their mission. There are many awesome and historic St. Louis items that will be available for purchase. There will also be some architectural salvage and a lot of restaurant equipment for sale. If you like antiques, collectibles, and St. Louis memorabilia, you won't want to miss this sale! Line numbers will be handed out starting at 8 a.m. on Sunday morning. Masks and social distancing will be required inside the building, and admittance will be limited to prevent crowding.
