HOARDER HOUSE w/Lots of Great Tools near 55 & Reavis Barracks

This is going to be a tight house. There is so  much stuff in this house and we had to put up so many tables making it very hard to walk through some of these rooms. You will be entering through the rear walk out basement. The owner was a master mechanic and worked on heavy equipment in the field. Therefore, his tool collection consists of some very expensive and high end large tools including sockets, ratchets and breaker bars. The hardware, chains and miscellaneous workbench items are all fantastic. Most everything appears to be Snap On, Craftsman and Cornwell brands. Please keep in mind as you look at these tools that we are firm on the first day, we are 25% on Saturday and half off on Sunday. 

Here is information about the two vehicles we will have for sale and how they will be sold . . .

• 1998 Chevy Blazer    104,5XX miles  Opening Bid (reserve price) $3800.00

Since the owner was an excellent mechanic, both of these vehicles are mechanically sound. They have both recently passed Missouri State Inspection for plates. These vehicles will start right up, should pass inspections, and appear to have some great life still in them. We are selling these vehicles over the three days on a sealed, auction bid basis. Anyone interested in these vehicles can place a sealed bid which will be opened at 10am on our last day of the sale, Sunday morning. We will have envelopes and forms for you to place your bid and the bid must include name, address and phone number and if you are the high bidder, you must be prepared to make payment on Sunday morning when the bids are opened. We have clear titles and you can leave Sunday morning with the vehicle and the title. The winning bidder must be prepared to pay cash only for these vehicles. 

Once inside the house you will notice a plethora of many items. Even though he wasn't, people that have seen what we are offering have asked if he was in the flea market business. We have dozens and dozens of the following items. . . pocket knives, sunglasses, Covid face masks, magnifying glasses, scissors, flashlights, office supplies, cameras, electronics including VCR's, turntables and receivers. We have some excellent men's clothing and dozens and dozens of long sleeved flannel shirts sizes large and extra large. Shoes includes sizes from 9-13. We have excellent jackets and winter wear. We have lots of alcohol - all current and includes wine, whiskey, gin and vodka. We will be offering a fair amount of ammo, two guns, and a nice archery outfit. Adult material includes 80's and 90's magazines, lots of girlie calendars from the 80's in mint condition, and old reel to reel stag movies. We have a few albums, lots of fishing rods and reels, a few fireworks and an awesome collection of ships and brass sailboats. There are dozens of bottles of men's cologne, men's jeans and men's belts and ties. We will be selling two nice amps, a microphone and lots of popular sheet music. We will be selling a lot of lumber, some weight equipment and all sorts of household cleaning supplies and bug sprays. 

Due to the full house and the small square footage that we have to work with, we will only be allowing 30 people in the house at a time. There is a good possibility we will be using the number system throughout the first day and there could be a wait at other times on Saturday and Sunday as well. We ask that you be patient if there is a wait. 

Just a few other items to mention which all of our regular know. First of all, we are a cash only company. The staff of Al's Estate Sales will always assist you in loading anything you buy. You will have until 1pm on Sunday to pick up anything you purchased over the three days. And, remember, we are firm on Friday, 25%  on Saturday and half off on Sunday.
