Our family homestead is also for sale!
This 1930's brick home has 2 bedrooms with a finished attic and louvered hall fan. Within the past 6-months laminate wood style flooring was installed through most of the main floor. Central AC, gas forced heat. The kitchen has solid wood cabinets, stainless steel sink all of which were remodeled about 20-years ago. The full bath was remodeled at the same time and since some updates. The full basement has a separating wall between the laundry area and (1) bedroom too. With a large area for entertainment. There's a large cement-based back porch that spans about 15-feet square. Blacktop driveway. All tilt-in windows. We're selling as-is since it needs some tender loving care to bring it up to snuff and taking all resonable offers!
