This will be a CASH ONLY sale. Sorry, but there will be no exceptions. If you are not prepared to handle a cash only situation, you will need to go to an ATM. We will hold items up to an hour if you need to go get cash. We have never taken credit/debit cards. We are sorry for any inconvenience, but are advising you up front of this cash only situation.
Hours are as follows...
- on Friday, doors open at 9am, close at 2pm Line numbers will be given out at 8 am.
- on Saturday, doors open at 9am, close at 2pm
- on Sunday, doors open at 9am, close at 2pm
You will have until 2pm Sunday to pick up any large purchases made up until then.
Pricing Structure:
Prices are marked and are firm on our first day, Friday
On Saturday, our second day, we will be 25% off of the marked prices
On our final day, Sunday, we will be half off.
First off, my apologies. At the time we took these pictures, this sale was no where near ready. But we were running our of time and we had to get the listing up. In reality, the house will never be ready, so I thought let's just get the pictures up and start getting people excited for what promises to be one of the better sales we've ever done.
I don't use the word "hoarder" lightly. This lady through nothing away. There is so much paper, clothing, knick knacks, old photos, trunks, books, albums, Christmas decor, magazines, military items etc that you are going to spend a lot of time in this house.
We will be doing a lot of on site pricing which we don't normally do, but there is so much stuff in this house that anyone could feasibly have it all priced. As you know, we pretty much stick to our firm pricing on Friday, and we usually do some pretty substantial bundling on our last day, Sunday. However, on this sale, we will start bundling on Saturday for you resellers and vendors.
Remember, we are cash only and I recommend you bring a "wad" to this one, folks.
As always, the staff of Al's will help you load your purchases.
Please note that we are open an extra hour all 3 days. We are going from 9am to 2pm.
Also, please be aware that we are expecting a crowd when we open on Friday morning and there may be a wait. We are probably going to limit the amount of people in to the first 35 or so.
Even though this is a hoarder house, it is a very clean house and a pet free and pet free and smoke free environment.
