Terms

Shipping and local pickup allowed for this auction. A handling fee of $4.95 for the first item and 2.95 for each additional itemsI(if you buy one of the larger lots of books an addiitional 4.95 will be charged) will be charged to cover our costs to pack items. You will also pay the actual cost of the shipping. Shipping will take a week or two. You'll receive a separate invoice with the handling costs.

Pickups will be arranged after the auction at our location in West County Mall . Do not go to pickup your item until you are notified it is there.

All sales are as-is and final. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving.

Agreement to Pay for Auction Items

This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between you the registered bidder("Bidder") and St. Louis Estate Buyers ("Auction House") for the purpose of purchasing items in an auction held by Auction House.

1) Bidder agrees to pay the full amount of any item(s) won in the auction held by Auction House. Payment must be made in full within 2 days of the close of the auction.

2) Bidder acknowledges that all sales are final and that chargebacks to their bank or credit card are not allowed. In the event that Bidder attempts to initiate a chargeback, Bidder agrees to pay all legal fees incurred by Auction House in contesting such chargeback. It is the bidders responsibility to read all auction terms prior to bidding.

3) Bidder acknowledges that Auction House is not responsible for the condition or authenticity of any item(s) sold in the auction. Bidder assumes all risks associated with the purchase of any item(s) sold in the auction.

4) Bidder agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Auction House from any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with Bidder's purchase of any item(s) in the auction.

5) This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective heirs, legal representatives, successors, and assigns.

6) This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Missouri. Any legal action arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be brought in the courts of [Jefferson County], [MO].

7) This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties hereto and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties, whether written or oral.

By registering for the auction Bidder acknowledges that they have read and understand the terms of this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.
