This will be a CASH ONLY sale. Sorry, but there will be no exceptions. If you are not prepared to handle a cash only situation, you will need to go to an ATM. We will hold items up to an hour if you need to go get cash. We have never taken credit/debit cards. We are sorry for any inconvenience, but are advising you up front of this cash only situation.

With this unique sale, you must have an appointment to attend. We are doing a 6 day sale with the following dates - our first two days, Friday and Sunday, prices will be firm. Our next two days, Monday and Tuesday, we will be 25% off, and our final two days, Thursday and Friday, we will be half off. You can come back multiple times, but you will need an appointment for each each time you return. For instance, if you come on the first day and you wish to return on a half off day, you can make an appointment before you leave on that first day. We will make appointments by the hour and we are allowing four time slots each hour. We are doing this because there is very little parking in this villa complex.

We have never done a sale like this before. The logistics of doing the sale on this property were not very favorable. As I always do, I really had to think outside the box on this one. We have come up with a great plan that ads a little extra time for myself and my staff, but we should have a very successful sale. We will give you specific driving directions and the address when you call to make your appointment, but we are basically in the vicinity of Hampton and Arsenal in the 63139 zip code. Before we get into the type of stuff that is in this house, here is how we are doing this APPOINTMENT ONLY SALE.
ATTENTION !!! WE HAVE SHORTENED THIS SALE DUE TO THE OVERWELMING SUCCESS OF IT. ALL OF THE FURNITURE IS GONE. THERE IS STILL SOME GOOD ECLECTIC STUFF IN THIS HOUSE, AND ON MONDAY, WE WILL BE BLOWING IT OUT BY BUNDLING FOR YOU. THEREFORE, WE WILL NOT BE OPENING UP ON TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY OR THURSDAY. THERE IS NOT MUCH LEFT TO SELL. WE STILL HAVE OVER 3/4 OF THE BASEBALL CARDS AVAILABLE. THEREFORE, MONDAY WILL BE OUR LAST DAY BUT WE WILL BE DOUBLING UP ON THE APPOINTMENTS. Now, finally, lets talk about the stuff in the house. First of all, this house is loaded with baseball cards. But in all honesty, they are the undesirable years. The years where cards were mass produced - 80's and 90's. There are a few hockey and a few football cards also. They include all brands including Topps, Fleer, Upper Deck, Sports Flics, Bowman, Score, Pro Set and lots of off brands. As you can see in the photos, there are tens of thousands of cards.
The furniture in the house includes four lawyer's cabinets. These are the authentic cabinets whereas each shelf is a separate piece. We have some excellent lamps. The antique china cabinets are fantastic. And, we have many, many beautiful oriental rugs which will be sold at unbelievably low prices. We have a plethora of antique picture frames that include many oval frames with spectacular miscellaneous pictures from baby pictures to wedding pictures and everything in between. We have many 1800's books and lots of figurines, knick knacks, and decorative plates. We have cigar boxes, antique trophys, and a small amount of stereo components. The pin up girls artwork is spectacular and authentic.
This is not a normal estate sale and there is not a lot of typical household items like we usually have. I would call this sale more of an art gallery sale than a household sale. Again, the photos speak for themselves.

Also note, if we fill all appointment slots, we could possibly be extending our hours but we will not be adding any additional days.
