There are no returns, exchanges, buybacks or refunds. Bidder waives their right to a charge back and agrees that they will not charge back on any credit/debit card purchases. Although some items are listed in working condition we do not guarantee durability or safety, especially vintage items! Note that no bids can be withdrawn after the auction for any reason. ***********Bidding is similiar to ebay type auctions we recommend that all bidders put in their maximum bid when placing a bid online. If you place a maximum bid the software will play out the bids as you would be at a live auction and only uses the fund required to beat out the other bidders at a prescribed bid increments. If two people place same bid amount the first bid in wins that amount. ************Due to Auction being online. If for any reason the system goes down for internet system problems on Tiplersville Auction, LLC end. Tiplersville Auction, LLC has the right to reopen the bidding back up to extend the auction. Tiplersville Auction, LLC also has the right to change the dates due to unforseeable circumstancesin the event of natural disasters, health risks, national crisis or acts of God. Tiplersville Auction,LLC is providing Internet bidding as a service to the Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly during the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any claim against Tiplersville Auction, LLC or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction.Tiplersville Auction,LLC is providing Internet bidding as a service to the Bidder. Payment Instructions: Acceptable forms of payment are Mastercard, Visa, Discover or Debit Card, which must be received by the auction company within 48 hours of the auction. Please contact the auction company with any other questions.
COIN, SILVER & GOLD BUYERS READ! If you buy these type items and require shipping: Gold, silver & coins must be paid for by wire transfer or check. items will not be shipped otherwise. If payment is by check, your items will ship once your check CLEARS our bank. no exceptions!
Buyers will be required to have a paid receipt before loading. Auction Local PickupTiplersville Auction, LLC will provide a local pickup location and schedule. Winning bidders will be notified once we have received and acknowledged payment in full. Sales Tax Because this auction is a complete estate in TN, TN sales tax will not be implemented
